This is a 4 bedroom property with a good sized bedrooms and a garden to envy in the heart of Ashford. This centrally located property offers a home away from home experience for contractors, leisure and business travellers. The interior and beds are designed with the guests comfort in mind so the guests can relax after a hard day at work or a long tiring travel.
All the amenities is in close proximity and the town is within walking distance. Plenty of free parking spaces.

Great comfortable house. All was perfect.
It is a light and airy accommodation with comfortable beds and a powerful shower. The host was quick to respond to any queries and was courteous and friendly. It has great connections to A20/M20, the town centre and train station. Walking to town takes 20 minutes, there is a bus stop nearby and a taxi to town was reasonable as it is a five minute drive.
On check in we had a slight issue with a sticky lock but the host was kind enough to come down to the house and sort it out within 10 minutes. We didn’t really use any of the facilities but they were all there and the house was clean and tidy. We were working less than five minutes from the property so it was ideal for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to book the property again.
A really nice clean house and perfect for a short stay which was fine for us for 2 nights. The bedrooms are comfortable and the garden is a good size. The dishwasher was broken when we stayed and the cooker does need to be replaced as a couple of the knobs are broken and the cooker has tape all around it which is a fire hazard. The kitchen facilities also need to be improved if you are staying here with more than 4 guests. There is also no hand towels provided which is standard so you need to take your own hand towels to dry hands in the toilet etc. We also had to buy things like bin bags and foil trays to cook on as there was no baking trays or bin bags at the property. There is a good social space to sit and chat in the kitchen but there is no living room or sofa so guests do need to sit around the table or one very rigid chair. We did find it quite hard to relax in this way but it was fine for a short stay. Host is very friendly and there is a great garden here for kids.
Bipana's place is very central which makes it a perfect location for visitors who loves to explore the town and outlet center. Also, close to the fast train line to London and Eurostar. We stayed and enjoyed our stay over Christmas. The place is spacious and clean with all essential amenities. We highly recommend Bipana's place and love to stay again in the future.
We had a really nice weekend here, the beds were comfy and rooms were very modern. However small details let it down slightly such as the blinds as they don’t block out much light in the mornings. There was also no tea towels or hand towels which made things slightly difficult. Also we did come across what looked like some old food, and the lack of brooms/hoovers made it difficult to tidy up. But overall a really good stay.
The check-in was very smooth and also communication with the host was very good. Nice House and garden. Bedrooms had been decorated recently and very spacious and clean. Only reason for not giving 5 star is we had limited kitchen utensils and some of the kitchen items were not thoroughly cleaned. The Host provided extra kitchen utensils later check-in day and also cleaned kitchen items next day.
